Introducing Seabrick

SeaBrick are floating, interlocking blocks made primarily of seaweed which have the potential to dramatically disrupt marine construction and beyond.

Seamlessly locking together, the SeaBrick system creates a strong and durable connection, allowing for versatile applications across various sectors from apartments, hotels and restaurants to docks, bridges, barges, wave breaks, kelp farms, power platforms, marinas, ports, levees and other offshore infrastructure.

Why should you Be a Member of the Seabrick Society?

SeaBricks are a modular construction product which will be available for sale in Q2 2026 directly to builders as part of modular kits or as sets of bricks for builders with their own designs.

For those interested in being involved in SeaBrick at this early stage you can become a member of the SeaBrick Society Co-Op and you can participate in funding and receiving participants dividends from our first cooperative project, a virtual kelp farm built on a decommissioned oil rig in the North Pacific. Dividends and other membership rewards details will be decided upon by Co-op members.

This project, we are calling Kelp Island 01, is planned for Q4 2025. SeaBrick members will pre-order sets of digital Seabrick, each a percentage of the 1,000,000 bricks to be used in the construction of the project. There will be 10,000 sets of Seabrick available for co-op members in Kelp Island 001, at a cost of $100 per set.

Early stage SeaBrick Society members will have prioritized opportunities to participate in and plan future Co-op projects. When we start producing physical bricks in 2026, SeaBrick Co-op members will be first in line.

Others projects already in early stages of planning include modular float homes, offshore wind and solar energy platforms, marina infrastructure as well as variations of the SeaBrick design intended for use on land as a replacement for conventional concrete in a wide range of applications.
